Verify documents
As your product(s) grows, and the need to document knowledge in a central place expands, that knowledge can get outdated pretty fast. Especially if you don't have a large team of writers, product managers, support, or whoever is writing documentation. That's why we felt the need to make this easy for you to keep your docs up-to-date, always. Enter: Document verifications ✅.
As the name suggest, you can use this option to verify documents periodically to ensure quality and consistency, as well as great customer experience through your docs. Next to Edit draft, click on Verification settings > select a subject matter expert from your team, and choose how often the system will notify them to check the content of the document.
