Questions & Answers Section
Question & Answer (Q&A) Feature on our documentation platform allows users to engage more deeply with the content by asking questions and providing answers or comments. This feature can foster a collaborative environment where users can seek clarification, share insights, or discuss specific aspects of the documentation. The Q&A feature is flexible and can be enabled or disabled depending on the needs of your space.
Navigate to Space Settings by clicking on the settings (⚙️) icon.
Access the Questions & Answers Section
Enable/Disable the Feature
- Enable Questions & Answer Section for this space Toggle the switch to enable the "Enable Questions & Answer Section for this space" feature. When enabled, members can ask questions on documents internally.
- Enable Public messages Toggle the switch to enable the public messages. Allow your audience to ask questions on the public documentation
- Enable Automatic AI Replies Toggle the switch to enable automatic AI replies to public questions, similar to search chat answers.
- Enable Message Approval Toggle the switch to enable message approval. Messages left by users on public sites will require approval before being posted.
⚠️ Important
After enabling or disabling the Q&A feature (or any setttings), don't forget to re-publish your space.
Navigate to the bottom of your Documentation Page
If you're authenticated, write your question/comment and press Post
If you're not authenticated yet, continue with Step 3 👇
Enter your name and e-mail address and press Sent authentication link
Click on the link from the received e-mail to confirm and participate on discussions.

You are now authenticated and your question was posted.
Depending on the Q&A space configuration, your question could be in "waiting for approval" status until being approved by the Admin.
Members can add comments or questions directly on documents.
If the "Enable Message Approval" setting is on, comments or questions submitted from the public site will be placed in a "Pending moderation" status.
Members with the appropriate permissions will approve these submissions before they become publicly visible.
⚠️ Approval of AI responses
Likewise, when Message Approval is enabled, AI responses will be placed in a "Pending moderation" status.
